Machining of Sheet Metal

The spectrum of our capabilities for machining the sheet material includes manufacture of flat parts and reamers for further bending on Yawei and SAFAN numeric control sheet benders. For reamers and flat parts we can use both the metal-cutting TRUMPF TRUMATIC laser and AMADA numeric control  coordinate-revolving press which allows to make parts and blanks with complex contour, and to make volume elements of small thickness in them (punches, pins, volume grates). Maximal overall dimensions of the sheets subjected to machining on the press and sheet benders are 1,000x2,000 mm at thickness 0.5 to 2.5 mm.
